Glycolic Acid is an alpha hydroxyl acid that exfoliates the skin. This 7% toning solution offers mild exfoliation for improved skin radiance and visible clarity.
The formula is further supported with inclusion of ginseng root and aloe vera for both visible radiance and soothing benefits.
This pH of this formula is approximately 3.6. Glycolic Acid has a pKa of 3.6 and pKa is the most important aspect to consider in formulating with acids. pKa implies acid availability. When pka is close to pH, there is an ideal balance between salt and acidity, maximizing effectiveness of the acid and reducing irritation. Higher pH numbers in such a case would increase salt which counter-intuitively would make the formula even more irritating than if the formula was more acidic.

SHIPPING POLICY
All interstate and international orders are shipped with DHL, shipping cost is based on your address and the weight of your order, which is calculated at checkout. Our within-Lagos delivery is 247 Delivery.
If an order is returned to us because no one was present at the time of delivery or an undeliverable address, you will be responsible for re-shipping charges.
All orders originate from Lagos, Nigeria.
All within Lagos orders placed after 12:00 PM
will be shipped on the next business day. All outside Lagos orders placed after 4 pm would be shipped on the next business day (Example: Orders placed at 4:00 PM on a Friday, will not be shipped out until Monday) as DHL does not work weekends.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a text message confirming your tracking number. Most orders should arrive within 1–2 business days for outside Lagos, and 3–6 business days for outside Nigeria orders.
REFUND/EXCHANGE POLICY
Eligibility
* Only products purchased directly from our official website or authorized distributors are eligible for exchange.
* We accept exchanges only for unopened and unused products in their original packaging.
* Personalized, used, or damaged products after delivery cannot be exchanged.
Timeframe
* You may initiate an exchange within 7 days from the date of purchase.
* Please ensure that the product for exchange reaches us within 3 days from the date the exchange request is approved.

* Our customer support team will guide you through the exchange process and provide you with an exchange authorization if eligible.

* We recommend using a tracked shipping method to ensure safe delivery.
* Exchange shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer, unless the exchange is due to our error.
Refunds
Refunds will not be provided for exchanges. If the new item selected for exchange has a lower value, the price difference will not be refunded.
