Processing Time Once your order is placed, our team works quickly to prepare it for shipping. Orders are typically processed and dispatched from our warehouse within 1-2 business days. Please note that processing does not occur on weekends or public holidays.

Shipping Time & Delivery Estimates Delivery times depend on your location:

  • Lagos & Ibadan: 2-3 business days
  • Other states in Nigeria: 3-7 business days

Please note that these are estimated delivery times. While we work hard to meet them, unforeseen delays can occasionally occur.

Shipping Fees Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the total weight of your order. You will see the final cost before you confirm your payment.

Order Tracking Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package’s status.

Our Returns Policy We accept returns on products that are in their original, unopened, and unused condition.

Eligibility for Returns

  • The product must have been purchased directly from lovinasconcept.com within the last 7 days from the date of delivery.
  • The product must be in its original, unopened condition, with all seals and packaging intact.

Non-Returnable Items For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Products that have been opened, used, or tampered with.
  • Items purchased during a final sale or special promotion (unless the item is defective or incorrect).
  • Gift cards or vouchers.

How to Initiate a Return To start a return, please follow these simple steps:

Damaged or Incorrect Items If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately (within 48 hours of delivery) with your order number and a clear photo of the item. We will assess the issue and, upon verification, arrange for a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost to you.

Refunds Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed back to your original method of payment. Please allow 7-14 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
